Having a greenhouse is like having a lab in your own backyard.  Deciding how to make the best use of your greenhouse is a combination of what crop you are growing, where you live and if you will add heat to your greenhouse.  You might be surprised by how much food you can grow even in the cold shoulder months.  Numbers below are approximates.
